All fittings on high-temperature systems are prefabricated to job site dimensions, field fabricated fittings are available on our low-temp (250° F or below) polyurethane foam insulated systems.
Yes, we can supply a continuous cable type leak-detection or low point monitoring systems.
Supply systems for below and above ground, can be comprised of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, F.R.P., H.D.P.E., or Fiber Clad® types. Can be any type of pipe commercially available.
Yes, we have trained field service technicians that can be on site at the critical periods of installation. We typically instruct the installing contractor on the proper method of completing the field joints.
B31.1 Power Piping- Applies to service and auxiliary piping relating to central and district heating plants, district heating systems, industrial systems.
ASME 31.3- Process Piping- Applies to piping typically found in chemical, petroleum refineries, pharmaceutical, semiconductor and cryogenic plants.
ASME B31.4- Liquid transportation systems for hydrocarbons, liquid petroleum gas, anhydrous ammonia, and alcohol. Applies to piping transporting liquids such as crude oil, condensate, natural gas liquids, and liquefied petroleum products between facilities, tank farms, gas processing plants and refineries.
